I will no longer be sending confirmation emails. This takes entirely too much time that I could be using to get your products into the mail! If you filled out the request and it pops up "RECEIVED," your order has been placed. You then need to utilize Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal to make the payment. If, for some reason, I receive your payment and did not receive your order, I WILL REACH OUT TO YOU.
No. We do not advertise or act as if Halos are approved by NFPA. This has always been listed in our Terms & Conditions. Halos are added to the firefighter's helmet upon their own discretion. We are not responsible for any issues regarding altering of the gear.
From the date of your order AND payment, we promise that your halo will be in the mail to you within 3 weeks. If you are needing your Halo for a special occasion before the 3-week promise, please contact me so that I can do my best to make that happen for you, but at this time it is most likely not possible, as it certainly would not be fair to the others! You will receive a link to tracking information to your email.

Unfortunately, no. I must utilize the time that I have to complete orders and get them into the mail. I simply cannot afford to spend time sending out proofs. I can assure you that I treat each halo as important as the next and I will continue to produce quality products.
Certain helmets utilize certain attachment methods. Remember if your firefighter's helmet is a Phenix, Morning Pride, or Honeywell, there will be 4 buttonholes sewn into the Halo across the photo(s) to allow for the straps of the helmet to hold it in place.
The number you are seeing listed is my personal phone number. Because I do most of my work when my kids are napping or down for the night, I typically do not answer during normal "business hours." That being said, yes, I hear your voicemails, but I cannot always return your call due to the time in which I am hearing it. Usually by the time I do, the question has been resolved through text message or email.
100%. It's just me, my mom, my laptop, my sewing machine, and my heat press! This is why I stress to you all that our Halos are NOT perfect, but they are made to order with love, and we hope you will be able to look past any tiny flaws should you find one.

We do not recommend putting your Halo in the washing machine or dryer, as this could cause the inner cushion to shift and become wrinkled/folded. We do recommend handwashing and hanging to dry or using simply a mild cleaning spray and dishrag to clean the front side.
Sure, but use a selfie stick! If your picture is too close up, meaning it cuts off an ear, or even an eye or the chin, your Halo will be even closer up due to having to crop the photo into an oval shape. See the example below for an explanation. COMING SOON
If you really think about it, landscape-oriented photos are NOT ideal for cropping into an oval. If I am able to easily utilize photoshop to AI generate more background to your photo, I can certainly do that. If your photo would need body parts (arms, hands, tops of heads, chins, etc.) AI generated by photoshop, I can assure you that you would be better off sending a new photo.
